Phytobiotics to support gut ecology.

This is a foundational formula for your body’s multiple microbiomes. Bio.Me™ Essential contains multiple evidence-based polyphenol-rich ingredients, including citrus bioflavonoid extract, blackcurrant, grapeseed, cocoa, pomegranate and green tea to support gut ecology. The addition of lemon balm, chamomile and withania supports the gut-nervous-system-axis to create an optimal environment for your microbial inhabitants.

Bio.Me™ Prebio PHGG

Organic partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) prebiotic, water-soluble, low FODMAP fibre to support microbial diversity.

This organic prebiotic fibre has been shown to be well-tolerated in individuals with bowel symptoms and has human clinical evidence for improving IBS-constipation and IBS-diarrhoea, including SIBO presentations.
