Do I need to sign up separately for the Loyalty Programme?
No – if you're currently subscribed to our Subscribe + Save Programme, there's nothing extra to do. You will receive an email letting you know what you can expect. You can still opt-out at any time – please just follow the ‘make changes to my Invivo Loyalty Programme’ within your emails.
What if I'm taking 60-day capsules instead of the standard 30 days?
Other than a few incentives being combined in your emails, you will follow the same programme - so you still reach every milestone.
Can I pause or skip a delivery, and does that affect my place in the programme?
With our Loyalty Programme, you can skip months, pause, or cancel at any time. We'll be here if you want to find us again.
- Pausing the programme means when you resume, you will still be in the same place you left off.
- Skipping a month or two will also work the same way as a pause – you will resume from where you left off.
- Cancelling the programme will mean you will start fresh once you return.
What happens after month 10?
After the 10-month loyalty programme incentives reach their end. You will continue to receive the ongoing 10% off your subscription, and you can use your Refer & Earn code at any time to receive an EXTRA 10% credit towards more nourishing supplements.
