Bio.Me™ Femme V have been studied in human clinical trials, including their ability to reach

the vagina in meaningful amounts after being taken orally, and to support vaginal microbiome
balance and vaginal comfort.
The strains in Bio.Me™ Femme UT have been tested for their ability to inhibit common urinary
pathogenic bacteria, and have been shown to reduce recurrency of urinary symptoms.

Suitable to use alongside antibiotics
Bio.Me™ Femme V and Bio.Me™ Femme UT can be taken alongside or after a course of
antibiotics, when your vaginal and urinary microbiome may need extra support. If you’re taking
antibiotics, leave a gap of two to three hours before taking either product.

• Bio.Me™ Femme V: take one capsule daily, orally.
• Bio.Me™ Femme UT: mix 3g (1.5 tsp) daily into 100ml of water. Leave for one minute, stir, and take on an empty stomach.
• When taking antibiotics, wait two to three hours before taking either product.

Bio.Me™ Femme UT is available in powder (90g) or capsules (90 capsules) to accommodate
different preferences. One bottle is a 15-day supply.
When you start taking new live bacteria strains, you may notice short-term symptoms like
mild bloating or wind as your body adjusts. Both Femme V and Femme UT are generally well
tolerated.
