Can I take PHGG in morning coffee?
Yes, Me Prebio PHGGdissolves well in hot drinks like morning coffee.
Can I use the PHGG directly out of the pouch?
You can, but bear in mind that the pouch is designed to degrade once it comes into contact with moisture and oxygen. PHGG in an open pouch will start to absorb moisture and may clump, so we recommend decanting this into an airtight container as soon as possible after opening. Please ensure your container is completely dry before refilling and ensure that it is labelled correctly.
What is the difference between PHGG and guar gum?
PHGG is derived from guar gum that has been partially hydrolysed ('broken apart') by the action of enzymes, resulting in a much lower viscosity and highly soluble substance.
