We send our test kits out with free shipping using the Royal Mail 1st class service (approx 1-3 days) as standard. It says in the instructions that you can only ship Monday to Wednesday, why?
This is our recommendation, but we understand that this is not a possibility for everybody. You are able to ship to us on Thursday and Friday, as long as your test kit gets back to our lab within 7 days.
How do I return my test kit to you?
If you are sending your test kit back to us from the UK:
The responsibility of returning your test kit to us lies with you. Your completed test kit needs to be sent back to us within 7 days of collecting your sample. Because of this, we suggest booking a Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed service using your nearest post office. Alternatively, you can use a courier.
If you are sending your test kit back to us from outside of the UK:
The responsibility of returning your test kit to us lies with you. We recommend returning your completed test kit back to us using a trusted courier who can ship a UN3373 Human sample back to the UK within 7 days.
Is the return bag included in my test kit prepaid?
No, the return bag included in your test kit is not prepaid. You will need to organise the return of your completed test kit to us. If you are situated within the UK we recommend taking it to your local post office and sending it back to us using the next-day guaranteed service.

Bio.Clear Endotox-LV uses Saccharomyces cerevisiae which is also known as ‘brewer’s yeast’ or ‘baker’s yeast’, it is not pathogenic.

We have investigated this with our manufacturing partners and can confirm that the product is perfectly fine to take. All natural herbal products may change colour slightly with seasonal variations of raw materials.
Does Bio.Clear Oestro contain di-indole methane (DIM)?
DIM is a naturally occurring metabolite that is present in all cruciferous vegetables.
Bio.Clear Oestro has been standardised for the glucoraphanin content (13%) with added myrinose to help with conversion to sulforaphane.
DIM may also be a metabolite that may occur on ingestion of the product, but it is not the main aim of the product, and not what it is standardised for.

Bio.Clear Oestro does contain a standardised amount of glucoraphanin. Our broccoli seed extract is standardised for glucoraphanin at 13%.
The myrosinase is added to the formulation in a specific ratio to optimise conversion to sulphurofane.

This isn’t something that we test for so we’re unable to guarantee the Oxalic content. Broccoli is considered to be relatively low in oxalates, so it is unlikely to cause issues.
What is the amount of sulphoraphane in one capsule of Bio.Clear Oestro?
Our broccoli seed extract contains 13% glucoraphanins. With the myrosinase the anticipated conversion to sulphoraphane is to around 1.7mg per capsule (from 75 mg of broccoli seed extract). It can be dosed up according to your needs, with only the upper tolerable limit of the selenium keep in mind, remember with the methyl donors it is quite synergestic as is.

Bio.Me Barrier contains 5% inulin, equivalent to 100mg per daily dose. As part of Probioact®, inulin serves as a strain-specific prebiotic and is intended to only affect the bacteria in the formulation and support their metabolic activity. They found that on an empty stomach, the bacteria were in the stomach for a much shorter period of time, whereas with food they stay in the stomach much longer and are exposed to more enzymes. Either way bacteria reach the intestine, as all probiotics have to be acid stable to be classified as a probiotic. However, they found a higher live count in an empty stomach.
