'It's here you can listen'

'It's here you can listen'

When it comes to what we love, each of us have our own essential requirements in life. Life itself has a natural rhythm, a harmony that continues to play with the support from everything around it. Sometimes, us humans encourage things that take us out of this alignment – until we remember what’s truly essential.

What’s
 essential to you?

Have you ever asked this question? – in the stillness of your heart.

When your mind is calm and your thoughts are quiet.

When your body is left to do what it needs.

When everything is happening by itself and there’s no force or pressure.

What’s essential?

For life. For cycles. For flow.

Let’s start with the rising sun, or the illuminating moon.

The light that gives energy to all things.

We wouldn’t be, if not for the sun.

The food we eat, the love letters from this earth.

Life giving, light.

Water. Formless. Ever moving.

Flowing where it needs to go.

Hydrating, imperative to growth.

Circulating through our bodies, our environments.

An element we need the most.

Earth. Nature. Our home. Our teacher.

We see the learnings of nurture, support and care.

Everything in its place, just being.

All that rises, falls – naturally. Nothing holds a grip.

In its own right time, place and space. Zero control.

Space. Do we really know what this is?

With a life full of consumption, doing, more, quickly…

There’s a space that doesn’t need to be filled.

There’s a space that needs to be free.

Our bodies need space. Space to absorb.

Our breath needs space. Space to flow.

Our minds need space. Space to see.

Our hearts need space. Space to express.

Space can only be space when it’s left alone.

It’s here you can listen,

Our bodies can function,

The mind – unpolluted

A heart can be whole

And the breath can move with grace.

EVERYTHING changes, here in this place.

Focus. Clarity. Love. Balance. Harmony. Joy.
