Why should Bio.me Barrier be taken on an empty stomach?
Our research partners found that on an empty stomach, the bacteria in Bio.Me Barrier were in the stomach for a much shorter period of time. With food, the bacteria stays in the stomach much longer and are exposed to more enzymes causing less to reach in intestines.
