When should Bio.Revive Kinetic be taken and should it be with food?
Bio.Me Kinetic can be taken at any time of the day, with or without food, as one dose or split doses throughout the day.
Some healthcare providers normally recommend taking the whole dose in the evening before bed because the migrating motor complex of the digestive system is more active in the evening.
