What is the recommended dose of Bio.Me Prebio PHGG?
The recommended dose of Bio.Me Prebio PHGG is 5g (3 teaspoons) into at least 400ml of hot or cold water to aid in dissolution.
Some people like to use lower doses at the beginning and slowly increase to avoid any changes in bowel movements
