Please note that our HQ and Lab will be closed from April 18th to April 21st for the Easter bank holiday. During this time, orders will not shipped and phone lines will be unavailable.

Any orders placed before 1pm on Thursday 17th April will be processed as normal, and any orders placed after will be shipped starting on Tuesday 22nd April.

If returning test samples, please do not ship them from Tuesday 15th April to Monday 21st April, as they will arrive during the closure and may be rejected.

What is the recommended dose of Bio.Me Prebio PHGG?

The recommended dose of Bio.Me Prebio PHGG is 5g (1 teaspoon) into at least 200ml of hot water to aid in dissolution.

Some people like to use lower doses at the beginning and slowly increase to avoid any changes in bowel movements
