What is the recommended dose of Bio.Me Oral?
The recommended dose of Bio.Me Oral is 1g (0.5 teaspoons) into 25ml of water. It can be swished in the mouth for 30 seconds before spitting out or swallowing. Repeat morning and night for best results.
