What is the best way to take Bio.Me Prebio PHGG?
Bio.Me Prebio PHGG can be used in hot or cold beverages. For the very best results, add PHGG into a mug, then add your hot liquid.
Avoid the powder coming into contact with syrups/ squash before the water is put into the glass – as this may result in the PHGG clumping.
PHGG is heat stable, so can be used in all hot food and drinks.
Once opened, use within 2 months. Store in a dry, cool environment.
