What is the best way to take Bio.Me Prebio PHGG?
Bio.Me Prebio PHGG is best mixed into a hot beverage to help it to dissolve. For the best results, add the liquid first, then the PHGG. It is heat stable so can be used in food and hot drinks where it dissolves easily.
Avoid mixing into cold water as this may make it clump, but it’s great mixed into a smoothie and as a healthy addition to baking. Once opened, use within 2 months.
