What is Bio.Me S. boulardii typically used for?
S. Boulardii is a beneficial yeast. It is given alongside antibiotics to prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea. It is also used for many disturbances of the gut microbiome, including IBS symptoms and low gut immunity.
