Bio.Me Oral can be spat or swallowed.
Swallowing Bio.Me Oral will give you the opportunity for those strains to continue to work in your gut.
If you have an infection, it might be best to spit the probiotics after rinsing around the mouth, as the rinsing action may have dislodged some of the pathogenic bacteria.
