Is Bio.Me Femme C safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Live bacteria supplements are generally regarded as safe in pregnancy, as the risk of them being absorbed into the blood stream is very rare. However, Femme C has not been specifically researched for its use in pregnancy and lactation yet, so it is best to check with your healthcare provider if it is best for your situation.
