How much Inulin is in Bio.Me Barrier?
Bio.Me Barrier contains 5% inulin, equivalent to 100mg per daily dose. As part of Probioact®, inulin serves as a strain-specific prebiotic and is intended to only affect the bacteria in the formulation and support their metabolic activity. It is present in the product only in very minimal amounts and is not expected to have physiological effects on the consumer.
