Please note that our HQ and Lab will be closed from April 18th to April 21st for the Easter bank holiday. During this time, orders will not shipped and phone lines will be unavailable.

Any orders placed before 1pm on Thursday 17th April will be processed as normal, and any orders placed after will be shipped starting on Tuesday 22nd April.

If returning test samples, please do not ship them from Tuesday 15th April to Monday 21st April, as they will arrive during the closure and may be rejected.

How do I return my test kit to you?

If you are sending your test kit back to us from the UK:

The responsibility of returning your test kit to us lies with you. Your completed test kit needs to be sent back to us within 7 days of collecting your sample. Because of this, we suggest booking a Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed service using your nearest post office. Alternatively, you can use a courier.

If you are sending your test kit back to us from outside of the UK:

The responsibility of returning your test kit to us lies with you. We recommend returning your completed test kit back to us using a trusted courier who can ship a UN3373 Human sample back to the UK within 7 days.
