Please note that our HQ and Lab will be closed from April 18th to April 21st for the Easter bank holiday. During this time, orders will not shipped and phone lines will be unavailable.
Any orders placed before 1pm on Thursday 17th April will be processed as normal, and any orders placed after will be shipped starting on Tuesday 22nd April.
If returning test samples, please do not ship them from Tuesday 15th April to Monday 21st April, as they will arrive during the closure and may be rejected.

Can Bio.Me IB+ be taken if I have a dairy intolerance?
The bacterial strains in Bio.Me IB+ are cultured on a dairy medium, most of which is used up in the growth process. There may be still some small quantities of lactose present in the end sample, but not casein.
We do not recommend Bio.Me IB+ for use in allergy cases, but intolerance should be discussed with your healthcare provider on a case-by-case basis.
