Festive Operating Times 2024/2025

Over the festive season, the Invivo team will be taking some well-earned time out to pause, rest, and rejuvenate for an exciting 2025

Key dates summary

Please take note of the following key dates: 

  • • Festive capacity – 25th Dec 24 – 1st Jan 25
  • • For delivery before Christmas order by 1pm, 20th Dec 24
    • Invivo is not able to receive test samples between 21st Dec 24 – 2nd Jan 25
    • Tests will have normal turnaround times up until 3rd Dec 24
    • Tests received after 4th Dec 24 will take 6 additional week days 

Festive season capacity – 25th Dec 24 – 1st Jan 25

During this period we will be operating at limited capacity, with fewer staff available to answer queries. In addition, we will have full closure on all bank holidays.

Turnaround times and test kit processing will also be affected during this time. We advise not to send test samples that would arrive with us between 21st December 2024 and 2nd January 2025, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to receive them. 

Note: please check any limitations in postal services in the festive season and to ensure test kits and supplement orders are received in plenty of time.

Last orders for 2024 delivery

For Christmas delivery, supplement orders must be placed before 1pm, 20th December 2024.

Note: Royal Mail handles the majority of our deliveries. We will make our best effort to have your order with you before Christmas, if placed before the above date. However, any orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas may be due to the added pressures on the postal service.

Returning EcologiX™️ tests & turnaround times

As we approach the end of the year, turnaround times for all of our EcologiX™️  tests will be temporarily affected. Furthermore, we will not be receiving tests between 21st December and 2nd January.

Until 3rd December 24

Any samples received at our lab by 3rd December will have the normal estimated 15 working day turnaround time.

From 4th December 24

Turnaround times for any samples received at our lab from 4th December will increase by 3 working days & 3 bank holidays. 

Note: this may not reflect accurately in your results portal.

Testing pause – 20th Dec 24 – 2nd Jan 25

Please have your samples returned to the lab by 20th December, to ensure safe delivery to the lab. Otherwise please return your sample after 2nd January 2025.

We will reopen on 2nd January 2025 with normal service resumed for test turnaround times, supplement orders, customer service and support calls.
