I had IBS since i was 2 years old, 20 years later i have now found a cure!! havent bloated since jan nor had upset tummy.

  2. KT verified buyer

After a tortuous winter battling with haemorrhoids and post infectious IBS ( maybe SIBO ) following a bout of food poisoning, I was on the lookout for a fibre supplement that was gentle on the stomach.
PHGG is the one recommended by a GI specialist I respect. It’s easy to take – I was adding mine to yoghurt but now just have a couple of cups of coffee with it stirred in. There’s no taste.
Delivery was super quick with no issues.
