Orders received by 13:00 will be dispatched the same day.
All prices quoted include VAT.
Your debit/credit card will be debited within 12 hours of placing your order with us unless other arrangements have been made between the customer and Invivo.

Shipping Test Kits

UK: Free of Charge .   There is an option to use a tracked service which is £9.95
For the rest of the world we will send the test kits out with Royal Mail Free of Charge

Basket > £100: free with Royal Mail 48 hour courier service. 
Basket < £100: 1st Class £3.95 
Next Day Anytime Delivery Service: £9.95 

Shipping Supplements (Europe & Rest of the World)

As the UK is no longer in the EU we no longer ship to EU countries through our website. We do however have European stockists which are listed here.

For the Rest of the World, you will be charged £14.95 shipping and you will be subject to local taxes and duties, which will be payable upon arrival. These rates are dictated by each country so will vary. 

Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged on delivery, allergic reactions or a mistake on our part and in which case, we will offer a full refund by the same means that the payment was made to us.

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied after 14 days.

 

Testing

We are committed to making the whole process, from buying to receiving the results, quick, easy, and seamless.

UK Patients

All of our test kits come with everything needed to collect the sample simply and safely. For UK customers sending any sample type back to Invivo for processing, please use the unpaid return envelope that is provided. We recommend Royal Mail Guaranteed next-day delivery service. This is payable by the customer.

Rest of the World

Test kits being completed outside of the UK will need to be paid for at the time of ordering and samples returned directly to the lab. The cost and arranging of shipping completed test kits direct to the laboratory is the customers’ responsibility.

  • Promotional discount/coupon codes are only valid for orders placed online at invivohealthcare.com
  • Promotional discount/coupon codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional discount/coupon codes or offers unless otherwise stated.
  • All promotional discount/coupon codes are also subject to these terms and conditions as well as the individual terms and conditions set out in initial communications sent to you.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our opinion, a promotional discount/coupon code is invalid.
  • Promotional discount/coupon codes are only valid on products specified within the promotion they appear in, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • In some instances, when specified promotional discount/coupon codes are limited to one use per person.
  • In the event of part of the order being returned or refunded, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with the discount applied.
