Welcome to Invivo Healthcare

We've spent a lot of time developing a new platform to better suit your needs as a busy clinician. We hope the design and features of the site allow for easy ordering by you and/or your patients, transparent account management, and an enjoyable education platform.

Feedback, as always, is appreciated.

There are a few things we'd like to draw your attention to:

Add Your Patients

In your account dashboard, we've created an option to add your patients. This means they can order directly with us, and their orders will be archived in your dashboard.

To do this, click 'add patient'; all we need is their email address. They will then be sent an email with a link to register so they can buy your suggested products.

Complementary Consultations

You can now book your consultations online with our booking system via your account dashboard. You will be guided through a few questions before selecting a time and date that best suits you.

We will confirm via email and give you a call at the time of your consultation.

Test Results Portal

The test result portal is accessible from your account dashboard. Just follow the link and sign in, as normal.

Your log in details to the portal have not changed.

Ordering

If your patient is ordering directly, they can register once you have added them to your dashboard. They will pay upfront for test kits (at the clinician price), and therapeutics (at RRP) before delivery.

If you order a test kit on behalf of your patient that you will be paying for, please either pay at checkout, or choose to pay on account.

Payment on account means you will be charged when the sample is returned to us. If you'd like your patient to pay, please ask them to order directly.

Product Selection

We have a few supplements and test kits that are not available on the website. Please take a look at the price list in your account dashboard, and if there are any products you'd like to order that are unavailable online, please email or call us.

If you'd like your patient to order, please tell them the product and product code, and ask that they contact us directly.

We have a few different postage options, you can find these on our Contact Page under Delivery & Returns.
