This powder easilydissolves in water and is completely tasteless. I started with a very tiny amount, and built up slowly, so I haven't experienced the full effect yet. I have had no problems, and only minor increase in stomach gurgling. I feel generally better and hopefully when I get to the full dose, my bowel activity will normalise.
